  I was born in Kansas City, MO, but have called Portland, TN home for 20 years. After graduating from Highland Academy in 2002, I went to SAU for 2 years. Then I was a task force worker at Holbrook Indian School for the 2004-2005 school year. I ended up really enjoying that. It solidified my commitment to become a teacher. After that, I spent 3 more years at SAU and graduated in May 2008. I now find myself working and staying plenty busy at USA.
